Bob has worked for Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti to build a world class Executive Institute dedicated to preparing senior leaders for
advancement into executive roles with the firm. While there, he led a specialized institute consisting of a team of psychologists to accelerate leadership development of the top 250 leaders in this 5,000- employee organization. He partnered with Organizational Psychologist Dr. Joseph Currier to design and deliver innovative leadership and diversity workshops in the United States and Europe. They led and performed hundreds of executive feedback sessions designed to accelerate leadership growth at the highest levels of the firm.
